The Women’s Residence at Rising Tide is a 5-bedroom shared home for women who are looking for a stable and respectful living environment. Residents share common spaces including the kitchen, living areas, and outdoor space, and work together to maintain a clean and cooperative household.

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and sits on a secure gated property. The environment is intentionally calm and community-oriented, with a house manager present to help ensure the home runs smoothly. Many residents are working, attending school, or rebuilding after a life transition, and the shared household structure helps create a supportive and respectful place to live.

Rates include all household costs: utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry on site, as well as household supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels, household cleaners, and laundry detergent.
